Your Rights under the California Privacy Rights Act
The California Privacy Rights Act, (the “CPRA”), provides California consumers with rights regarding how their data or personal information is treated. Under this legislation, California consumers have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information that Debra Brooks has collected about the individual within the immediately preceding 12 months before the request
- Request that Debra Brooks delete the personal information, Debra Brooks has collected from the individual, subject to certain exceptions
- Request that if Debra Brooks maintains inaccurate personal information to correct the incorrect personal information
- Request Debra Brooks opt out of the sale or sharing of an individual’s personal information and the sharing of an individual’s personal information for the purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising.
