Placing an online order is easy! Simply follow the steps below:
- Add an item to your bag by clicking the “Add to Bag” button on any merchandise
page. - When all your items are in your bag, click on the “Check Out” button.
Here, you can view your bag and amend your order. - To place your order, click “Checkout.”
You will have the option to sign in, register as a member, or checkout as a guest. - Complete your shipping details and click “Continue.”
- Choose your shipping method and click “Continue.”
- Select your preferred payment method and follow the prompts.
You will then be redirected back to the website to confirm your order.
All done!
Easily! Simply follow the link in your shipping confirmation email or visit Order Status.
Complimentary standard shipping is provided on all orders. Upgraded delivery options such as 2nd day air or next-day delivery incur an additional charge. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery page.
You are welcome to place an order as a guest or register an account. We recommend registering an account so you can track your purchase by signing in.

Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched from our warehouse within two business days. Delivery times are determined by the customer’s geographical location and their selected mode of delivery. More information is available on our Shipping and Delivery page.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday except on holidays, when they will be processed on the next business day.
We endeavor to process and ship all orders within four days. However, there may be rare occasions when this is not possible and, for that, we apologize in advance.
If you are not at home when your Debra Brooks order arrives, don’t worry! The delivery company will either leave a card with details for you to collect your parcel or will contact you to reschedule a second delivery.
Before shipping your order, our warehouse carefully inspects each item to make sure it is in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item, please visit our Returns Portal and follow the prompts to report this. We shall investigate the issue and our friendly Customer Service team will be in touch with you as quickly as possible.

On the rare occasion when this occurs, please visit the Returns Portal and follow the prompts to report it.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
Orders may be canceled or amended any time before they are “locked” for processing. Thereafter, it cannot be canceled but, after you have received it, you may return the order to us for a refund subject to our Returns Policy.
Please contact support@debrabrooks.com as soon as you notice the error; we will check on your order’s status and do our best to update the relevant details.
