RETURNS POLICY
Our goal at Debra Brooks is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Should you decide that your purchase is not satisfactory for any reason and you wish to return it, a full refund will be issued in the form of the original payment or, if you prefer, we will send you a Gift Card when the following requirements have been met.
- We will accept returns on merchandise only within 21 calendar days of the date your purchase was shipped. Thereafter, all sales are final.
- The merchandise must not have been worn and be in its original condition as when purchased, including all tags and packaging intact (except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine the merchandise).
- If the merchandise is being returned because of a manufacturer’s defect, such defects must have been reported to us within four (4) calendar days of receiving the merchandise. Please contact our Customer Care Specialists at support@debrabrooks.com for assistance with such a claim. Select “Returns” in the subject area.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable.
- We accept gift returns, at our sole discretion, for “store credit.” Our Client Care Specialists will be delighted to assist you with initiating such a return. They are available between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (PST) Monday to Friday, telephone + 1 626 773 6868.
- Refunds are contingent on our inspection of the merchandise once it is received. The merchandise must be in resaleable condition. Debra Brooks reserves the exclusive right of final judgment to determine whether the merchandise meets the aforementioned standards. Merchandise returned to us that does not meet these standards will be returned to you (at no expense to you).
- For your convenience, a pre-paid return UPS label is included in your shipment. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at your local UPS store or at any UPS facility. To find your nearest store, visit UPS.com. Alternatively, you can schedule a pick-up with UPS by calling 1-800-823-7459 (additional charges may apply). The merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt and/or packing slip. To ensure the safety of the merchandise during shipment, we encourage you to use the original shipping boxes and packaging. If you prefer, you may return the merchandise using a courier of your choice at your own expense to the address below.

We recommend using a shipping service that allows you to track and insure your package, as we are not responsible for the delivery of returned merchandise when you arrange shipping yourself.
- Please allow two (2) weeks from the time you ship your return for the refund to be processed. Once we issue your credit, we will send you an email with the refund details. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to five (5) additional business days for processing.
- Once redeemed, Gift Card purchases can only be returned for “store credit.”
- Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
